For standard anonymous Silver or Gold cards, the maximum wallet balance cannot exceed 1,000 AED at any time. If your card is officially registered with your Emirates ID, the maximum limit is expanded to 5,000 AED.

No. Currently, direct peer-to-peer balance transfers between cards are not supported through our online top-up portal. If you need to consolidate balances or transfer funds from a damaged card, this must be handled physically at official ticketing offices located in major Metro stations.
