NolCard.org operates strictly as an independent, third-party online facilitator and payment utility for the recharge of RTA transport cards. We guarantee the secure transmission of your payment data to the acquiring bank and the respective transport authority's gateway. We explicitly declare that we are not a government entity, nor are we directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai. We provide a convenience service layer.

3. User Responsibilities & Absolute Data Accuracy

The user is solely and entirely responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy of the 10-digit Nol Tag ID provided during the checkout process. Our automated systems process top-ups instantly based strictly on the numeric ID provided. Funds transferred to an incorrect but mathematically valid Tag ID due to user typographical errors are considered final, executed, and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances due to the anonymous ledger nature of transit cards.

4. Payment Processing and Service Fees

All financial transactions are calculated and processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). While we strive to maintain transparent pricing models, nominal convenience, processing, or gateway fees may apply depending on the payment method selected (e.g., International credit cards). Any and all applicable fees will be clearly aggregated and displayed on the final checkout summary page prior to the user's payment confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

While we strive for 99.9% system uptime and employ robust enterprise-grade infrastructure, NolCard.org shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions. We accept no liability whatsoever for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from delays caused by third-party payment gateways, ISP routing failures, banking network downtime, or official RTA core system maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content included on this site, encompassing text, graphics, logos, button icons, software architecture, and UI design, is the exclusive property of NolCard.org or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. "Nol" is a registered trademark of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai. We use it solely for descriptive and nominative fair use purposes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically as applied within the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Dubai.
